New briquetter released – Command 100

John Hart USA announced today the much anticipated introduction of the new Command 100 briquetter. This latest addition to the Command series has been designed to offer robust and reliable performance with a small footprint and a revolutionary new design. Speaking with John Hart USA Operations Manager Paul Ramberg on the introduction of the new Command 100 he noted ”The release of the new Command 100 to the market is a really exciting development for our customers.

The machine has been designed for customers looking for either smaller machine output, or for more flexibility to have multiple machines handling different materials in the same factory. The Command 100 fits neatly into a small foot print but still packs a lot of punch with a 10Hp motor, a heavy duty compaction system design, a touch screen control and all the quality components our customers expect. Weighing in at over 4,960lbs, this machine will no doubt be one of our best selling products”.

The Command 100 produces briquettes 2.5″ in diameter and 2.0″ in length and can comfortably process 100lbs of aluminium and 250lbs of steel per hour, at 2% or less moisture content.

The Command series has been developed with input from our Australian counterparts focusing on build quality in order to produce briquettes that are both dry and dense. The Command series is one of the most advanced range of metal compactors on the market today.

It will be featured later this year at our Centerville factory in Minnesota.
