Siebec CNC Coolant Filtration Technology
Siebec CNC Coolant Filtration Systems employs a range of methods and in-house developed technology to ensure contaminents are removed efficiently from CNC machine coolant.
OIL-TECH container
The OIL-TECH container uses a charge of micro fibres in a canvas bag to recover oil from coolant and water. The fibres are hydrophobic and do not absorb water nor emulsified CNC cutting fluid. On average, a charge of 11 litres micro fibres (approximately 0.7 Kg) recovers 6 litres of oil.
FIL-TECH cartridge
The FIL-TECH cartridge features a very high capacity filter cartridge (5 m² of filter surface). It’s washable and reusable and simple to install and remove without tools.
Filtration rating of 5-20 microns, depending on the application.
BAG-TECH pre-filtration bag
The BAG-TECH pre-filtration bag is used to collect the largest CNC cuttings or CNC chips.
It has a filtration rating of 150 to 600 microns and is washable and reusable.
